About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a 2nd Line IT Support person, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, ensuring the highest levels of service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Line IT support to a large customer base
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are resolved
- Work to ITIL principles and best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of MS Windows, Windows Server, MS Exchange, and AD
- Support wireless technologies and mobile devices
Requirements
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Hands-on, flexible, and proactive approach
- Team player with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
- Good working knowledge of MS Windows and related technologies
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £30,000 + an annual bonus of up to 12.5%.
