Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex corporate structures and drive strategic vision.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Background in STEM disciplines is preferred, with a strong understanding of product costing and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in high-pressure manufacturing settings, prioritizing health and safety.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing operational performance and driving innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to relocate or commute as necessary.
