Job Title: Junior Developer

Barclays is seeking a talented Junior Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our Tercel platform. As a Junior Developer, you will work on designing, developing, and improving software using various engineering methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and contribute to the organization's technology communities.
  • Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with C++ or other object-oriented programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Willingness to learn a new language.
