We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at our partner primary school in Woolwich, south East London.

About the Role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Leading small group sessions and one-on-one interventions to reinforce learning.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and support.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student welfare.
  • Supporting extracurricular activities and school events.
