Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse

Operose Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe, clinical decision-making and expert care to patients within the general practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures.
  • Provide nurse leadership as required, contributing to the development of the practice.
  • Experience in a Primary Care setting is essential.
  • NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training, working towards non-medical prescriber.
