Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership in the practice, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services.
- Manage whole episodes of care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement clinical governance strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Lead Nurse to ensure the practice meets regulatory requirements.
- Current NMC/HCPC/GPhC registration.
- MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent qualification.
- Certified Independent Prescriber.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
