Adult Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult clients and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult complex care, with experience in managing care packages and leading a team of carers. You will be responsible for creating personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored care plans for individual clients
  • Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medication management
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and their families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke care packages

Requirements:

  • RGN with an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style with experience in leading a team
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Suitable for Band 5/6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs

Benefits:

  • Up to £45,000 per annum DOE
  • 1 day working from home per week/4 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
