**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Drivers Mate, your duties will include:

  • Delivering products to customers' rooms of choice, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Handling heavy products with care and attention to detail.
  • Assisting in the loading and unloading of vehicles, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Verifying the accuracy of collections and returns, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Adhering to all health and safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
