Marketing and Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Design Executive to lead our marketing and communication efforts across both the Churchill Estates Management and Careline Support brands.
As the Marketing and Design Executive, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of a range of assets across multi-media channels, including the website, intranet, email, infographics, printed media, and internal communications.
You will lead on the content creation process, from determining a creative brief to design, copywriting, proof-reading, delivery, and implementation of projects. You will be able to design a range of advertising, e-shots, newsletters, brochures, leaflets, and more.
You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the company websites using WordPress and other CMS systems, as well as coordinating internal charity days, themed events, award entries, and undertaking ad hoc competitor/market research.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will build strong relationships and work closely with Churchill Estates colleagues and Group Marketing. Your stakeholders will be varied across all levels of the business, supporting projects including targeted marketing for new business, recruitment, property services, legal, finance, and Careline functions.
It is essential that you maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects with a cohesive approach and act as the brand guardian. Externally, you will liaise with media agencies and suppliers, requesting quotations, booking advertising space, and working to deadlines.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced and competent graphic designer and marketeer with excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and MS Office.
You will demonstrate a high level of motivation and deadline focus, with a positive and optimistic attitude, outstanding communication and organisation skills, and a great eye for detail.
You will be dynamic and flexible in your approach to work, often multi-tasking with a variety of stakeholders, juggling ideas and feedback, and being reliable and confident to work under pressure.
