We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Design Professional to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a range of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, and digital assets.
- Develop and maintain our company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging content and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with our commercial director to develop and implement marketing plans.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional with a strong background in design and marketing. You will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
