Job Opportunity: HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Alexander Mae Recruitment. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice to our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Handle a variety of HR-related queries and provide expert advice on employment legislation and best practices
* Develop strong business relationships with stakeholders and support them in their HR needs
* Manage a range of employment cases, including absence management, contract queries, and grievances
* Facilitate training sessions to upskill managers and help embed company values
* Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and review policies to ensure they are up-to-date and effective

Requirements:

* CIPD qualified or working towards
* Previous HR Advisor experience
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* Strong IT skills and ability to work autonomously
* UK driving license

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits
