We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive sales performance. If you are passionate about retail and possess strong leadership abilities, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Proficiency in computer systems and excellent communication skills in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both staff and customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by mentoring staff on effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Train, motivate, and manage staff to achieve both personal and store goals.
- Maintain an appealing store environment through effective merchandise organization.
- Oversee retail staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance assessments.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of recent experience in retail management within a similar context.
- Strong merchandising capabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
