We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic and fast-paced team within the medical sector. This 12-week contract offers you the chance to step into a well-established role, managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a high volume of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with line managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  2. Advertise vacancies and ensure they reach the right talent pool.
  3. Review and examine CVs via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  4. Conduct pre-screen calls and schedule interviews.
  5. Manage the offer process and transition successful candidates to Pre-Employment for final checks.

Requirements:
