Join Our Team as a Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a multi-franchise dealership in Tunbridge Wells. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work efficiently with the public and establish effective working relationships
  • Convey information clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrate initiative and proactivity in resolving customer queries
  • Persuade, negotiate, and influence others to achieve sales and service targets
  • Flexibility to cover absences of similar roles
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NVQ/SVQ levels 2 and 3 in Customer Service
  • Some mechanical knowledge and Word processing/spreadsheet skills

Personal Attributes:

  • Smart appearance and excellent telephone manner
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and deal with difficult customers
  • Efficient and well-organized with ability to work independently
