Randstad is in search of a Nursery Assistant to become part of a distinguished Nursery.
This Nursery is recognized for its 'Good' rating by Ofsted and holds a strong reputation within the community, receiving accolades from both current and former parents, staff, and children. It provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, fulfilling all criteria for a supportive environment conducive to children's development. The nursery offers an engaging learning experience for children aged 3 months to 5 years, with a significant focus on outdoor activities. Additionally, they emphasize the professional growth of their staff through exceptional training opportunities. This is a full-time role.

- Commit to delivering high-quality education and support for children's growth and development
- Approach teaching and learning with enthusiasm, creativity, and innovation
- Adapt to meet the diverse needs of children across various nursery settings
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children
- Patience and sensitivity
- Experience in childcare
- CACHE Level 2/3 qualification
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available for this role)
