About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Andras Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food is served to our guests.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for conferences and banquets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate and NVQ Level 3 or above in Food Preparation and Cooking.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of quality in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
