Job Title: Governance and Compliance Lead

At Great Jobs UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15) and the implementation and adoption of the new Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Governance & Compliance team and ensure their adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to support commercial teams and stakeholders.
  • Embed the new PA 23 throughout the business and explore operational implications.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to improve value and solutions for the NHS.
