Our client, a leading contractor in the social housing sector, is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their team in Liverpool and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties, including tiling, plumbing, joinery, drylining, screeding, and wet rooms, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within given timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out various tasks, including tiling, plumbing, joinery, drylining, and screeding, to a high standard.
  • Conduct bathroom and kitchen renewals, with a focus on wet rooms.
  • Utilize plastering skills to enhance overall work quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the social housing sector.
  • Skilled in tiling, plumbing, joinery, and plastering, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience with full bathroom refurbs and wet rooms, with a focus on meeting client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Full UK driving licence, with a focus on safe and efficient transportation.
