About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Risk Manager to join our UK Risk Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Business Continuity team and driving the development of our Operational Resilience strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the UK Business Continuity team, providing strategic direction and guidance on Business Continuity and Operational Resilience initiatives
  • Develop and implement Business Continuity and Operational Resilience plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the continuity of our business operations
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Business Continuity and Operational Resilience to senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology teams and third-party vendors
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Business Continuity and Operational Resilience, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
