Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing clinical leadership and expertise to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement medicines optimisation strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and guidelines.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on medicines optimisation and clinical pharmacy practice.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice, with a focus on medicines optimisation and patient safety.

You will be a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have a strong understanding of the principles of evidence-based healthcare. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
