The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and driven Lead Animation Director to join our dynamic development team. This role offers the chance to shape the future of exciting projects, including the intense battle royale game Project Archipelago, a dark sci-fi shooter, and our brand new original IP, Atomfall, slated for release in 2025.
Your Impact
As Lead Animation Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the animation vision across our diverse portfolio of projects. You will collaborate closely with artists, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration and deliver exceptional visual experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of talented animators, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Develop and maintain a high standard for animation quality across all projects.
- Collaborate with game designers to understand gameplay mechanics and translate them into compelling animations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the animation team, ensuring efficient workflows and utilization of industry-standard tools.
- Stay abreast of emerging animation trends and technologies, incorporating innovative techniques into our productions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lead Animator in the video game industry.
