Role Overview

The Junior Email Developer will support CRM teams with all technical aspects of CRM programs, including development, design systems, templating, campaign architecture, and data segmentation. The role involves working with local teams to implement automation and personalisation, collaborating with marketing analytics and data science, and maintaining a scalable frontend codebase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain email templates using HTML and CSS.
  • Work with modern digital marketing platforms like Blueshift, Braze, or Iterable.
  • Collaborate with data management platforms and event-based architecture.
  • Execute email campaigns in a B2C environment.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS.
