About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in caring for children with complex conditions, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care and support, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including peg feeding, suctioning, and administering medication.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in childcare, including peg feeding, suctioning, and administering medication.Knowledge of moving and handling equipment and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.
