Academic Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Ginger Science, Innovation & Technology. As a key member of our technical function, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the QA team to ensure effective management of daily technical issues
- Ensure all products meet strict quality and food safety standards before leaving the site
- Participate in regular audits and monitoring to maintain compliance with GMP environments
- Foster strong working relationships across departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Act as a deputy for the Technical Manager, involving high-level management tasks and team development
Requirements:
- Previous QA experience in the food industry preferred, with a strong foundation in GMP environments
- Level 3 Food Hygiene and Level 2 HACCP certifications
- Competency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Trained Internal Auditor with a proven track record in continuous improvement and complaint resolution
- Excellent team working, communication, and negotiation skills
- Well-organized with effective planning and time management capabilities
