Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our client's team in a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in resolving employee relations issues and providing advisory services to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and support the HR team in driving organisational success.
- Lead the coordination and delivery of recruitment, learning, and development initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Manage operational HR advisory services, sickness absence case management, and performance management support.
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the sourcing of top talent for permanent positions.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to review and update HR policies, procedures, and performance review processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in HR/Business (CIPD Level 5 or above).
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, HR best practice knowledge, and a solid understanding of employment law.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with exposure to training/learning roles and fast-paced manufacturing environments preferred.
