Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, advising high-turnover, corporate businesses on managing their risk program.
  • Problem solve and advise, using knowledge and creativity to find the best solutions for clients, ensuring they are always covered.
  • Support Account Executives, learning the ropes and assisting with renewals, quotations, and mid-term adjustments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance account management or broking.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A minimum of GCSE in Maths and English.
