The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Implementation Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for facilitating the seamless onboarding of new clients to our services. This will involve conducting meetings and workshops with clients to document their technical and operational processes, creating comprehensive technical documentation, and ensuring clear documentation of onboarding procedures and issue logs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our services.
  2. Conduct meetings and workshops with clients to document their technical and operational processes.
  3. Create comprehensive technical documentation for internal use and client handovers.
  4. Ensure clear documentation of onboarding procedures, issue logs, and process steps.
  5. Engage with clients to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  6. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service delivery.
  7. Conduct internal handover workshops to transition new clients from onboarding to operational support.
  8. Liaise with internal teams, external clients, and third-party providers to ensure clear and effective communication.
  9. Administer Microsoft 365 services, focusing on user account management and other relevant tasks.
  10. Provide initial technical support where needed, troubleshooting issues that arise during onboarding.
  11. Stay up-to-date on new technologies and document processes related to the onboarding of these technologies.
  12. Actively seek learning opportunities to improve skills relevant to the role.
  13. Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail throughout the onboarding process.
  14. Ensure all tasks, including documentation and client communications, are accurately completed.

  6. Ability to build long-standing professional relationships with colleagues and customers.
  7. Experienced Microsoft Office user (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
