They are seeking a passionate Electrical Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering and prior experience as an engineer or in engineering education. The successful Electrical Engineer will be responsible for training and supporting engineering apprentices at all levels, from entry-level apprentices to masters students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Electrical Control Systems Engineering courses to apprentices.

- Coach and mentor apprentices in Electrical Engineering.

- Develop and maintain effective communication skills, both written and oral.

- Work alongside the company values and adhere to exemplary behavioural standards.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in roles involving Electrical Control Systems Engineering or delivering Electrical Engineering courses.

- Previous experience in coaching and mentoring apprentices.

- Relevant qualification in Electrical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
