Electrical Engineering Trainer Role

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer Trainer to join our team at VIQU IT Recruitment. As an Electrical Engineer Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to engineering apprentices at all levels, from entry-level to masters students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for electrical control systems engineering.
  • Coach and mentor apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the company to ensure training aligns with industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical control systems engineering or delivering electrical engineering courses.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualification in electrical, electronic, control systems, or software engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering (desired).
