As an Engine Validation Specialist at Innova Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our engine products. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in the validation of diesel engines and associated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and execute validation activities, ensuring thorough analysis of results and clear documentation.
- Conduct intricate engine validation assessments to verify compliance with established standards.
- Assess products and processes, identifying needs and proposing innovative solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and contribute to the development of new methodologies.
- Effectively communicate technical insights to various stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.
- Provide support and guidance to engineers, management, and external partners, maintaining a strong grasp of customer requirements.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in an accredited Engineering discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach, communicate, and work collaboratively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated approach to work.
- A confident demeanor and a genuine enthusiasm for engine technology.
Relevant Experience:
Candidates should have:
- Experience in the validation of engine systems.
- Proficiency with testbed software, calibration tools, emissions measurement devices, and data logging systems.
- Hands-on experience in engine testing and troubleshooting.
Desirable Skills:
Additional experience in leadership roles and familiarity with project management methodologies will be advantageous.
