Key Responsibilities:
§ Embed our two charity/social enterprises into the core of our operations, ensuring high awareness and active participation across the organization. Aim for tangible outcomes in engagement and activity levels. Focus initially on our Luminary bakery and embed it into the business.

§ Design an annual calendar of coordinated and impactful ESG events. Elevate the management of these initiatives to ensure more strategic oversight and efficient execution.
§ Provide ESG content for social, digital media, and PR.
§ Prepare a concise and impactful annual CSER report that highlights our achievements and progress.
§ Take charge of our network, expanding it by adding two new suppliers monthly. Develop a unique selling proposition based on engagement and measurable outcomes, ensuring it gains recognition and traction.
§ Develop a toolkit for client ESG leaders, detailing our capabilities in sustainability, and establish a CRM system to maintain essential contact information, ensuring direct communication with a designated contact from each major client.
§ Forge connections with clients' internal communications teams to ensure that our initiatives and successes are featured on client intranets.
§ Synthesize all innovative ideas into a comprehensive 'shopping basket' of solutions and services that we can offer.
Requirements:
§ Educated to degree level, you'll have experience working in an office or customer services environment, and have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written. Knowledge of budgets and excellent IT skills are essential for this role.
