About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ESG Project Manager to join our team at Swift. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing ESG-related projects from inception through execution, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and time requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver ESG projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes.
  4. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and outcomes.
  5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate ESG initiatives and outcomes, ensuring alignment with our organization's values and goals.
