Candidate Profile:

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team comprising over 100 employees on-site and more than 1,500 across the UK. Your role will be crucial in fulfilling customer needs and achieving business goals.

No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure mutual growth for both the individual and the organization.

Role Responsibilities:

As the selected candidate, you will assist in maintaining the Cleanroom environment, ensuring the precise lay-up of pre-impregnated glass and carbon materials into mold tools. A meticulous and detail-oriented approach is essential while working within an established team.

Reporting to the Cleanroom Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the production of Composite Aerospace components within the Cleanroom, collaborating with skilled operators who will support your development.
  • Developing layup techniques to enhance flexibility across all Cleanroom products.
  • Striving to complete all tasks within designated timeframes to facilitate progression through salary bands.
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety protocols within the Cleanroom and the broader organization.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of your work area and the overall Cleanroom environment.
