About Us:

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Operator to join our team in supporting the manufacture of composite aerospace parts. As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct lay-up of pre-impregnated glass/carbon into mould tools, working within an established team to achieve high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the manufacture of composite aerospace parts within the Cleanroom, working alongside skilled and experienced operators to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Develop lay-up methodologies to enable greater flexibility across all Cleanroom products, improving efficiency and productivity.
- Work towards completion of all jobs within specified time scales to enable progress through salary banding.
- Comply with all Health & Safety measures within the Cleanroom and the wider organisation, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and maintenance of your work area and the wider Cleanroom area, contributing to a positive and productive working environment.

- Manufacturing experience is desirable but not required.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
