About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Operator to join our team. As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacture of composite aerospace parts within the Cleanroom. This will involve working with pre-impregnated glass/carbon materials, developing layup methodologies, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the manufacture of composite aerospace parts within the Cleanroom.
- Develop layup methodologies to enable greater flexibility across all Cleanroom products.
- Work towards completion of all jobs within the specified time scales to enable progress through salary banding.
- Comply with all Health & Safety measures within the Cleanroom and the wider organization.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of own work area and wider Cleanroom area.

- Manufacturing experience is desirable but not a requirement.
