As an Insurance Operations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Technical Services Manager to deliver exceptional support to our clients, markets, and third-party partners. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient management of all Lloyds Market transactions.
This role provides a unique chance to engage with a variety of Insurance classes, while receiving comprehensive support to enhance your skill set. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele from around the globe, fostering continuous professional development.
This position allows for remote work, with the expectation of visiting our office for team meetings on a weekly basis.
Key responsibilities for the Insurance Operations Specialist include:
- Reviewing documentation such as slips, endorsements, bordereaux, and closings to ensure data integrity
- Accurately creating LPANS, performing necessary calculations, and uploading to Xchanging
- Addressing inquiries related to Xchanging and resolving any associated issues
- Working collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn about Claims processing and mastering additional systems to fulfill customer and insurer requirements
To excel in the role of Insurance Operations Specialist, candidates should possess:
- A strong understanding of Lloyds Market Insurance, including IMR, CLASS, PPL, and ECF
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Excel
- The ability to produce precise work within established deadlines, while meeting cost and quality standards
