Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in residential child care.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience working in residential child care, with a strong understanding of child development and care principles.
- NVQ Level 3 or QCF (Caring for Children & Young People) or equivalent qualification.
- Full UK Driving License.
