Salary: £40k - 40 hrs

Tigerlily Childcare Berks and Bucks is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to join their team in Henley-on-Thames. The nursery is a spacious and well-designed facility, centrally located and close to the river and train station.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at the nursery, providing them with the best possible start in life. This will involve managing all staff members and contributing to the overall reputation of the nursery as part of the management team.

The position will be based on a 40-hour work week, offering a salary of up to £40k, negotiable for the right candidate. The nursery offers a range of benefits, including:

  1. Joining Bonus: £2,500 (subject to 6 month probation)
  2. Annual Leave: 30 days
  3. Childcare Discount: 75% discount on childcare fees
