Warehouse Associate Opportunity

Adecco is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team at the Fulfilment Centre in Coalville. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are processed and shipped accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking, packing, and sorting items to prepare orders for shipment.
  • Assisting in the inventory control process to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
  • Using proper safety equipment at all times to prevent accidents.
  • Providing support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment centre is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 KG and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
