Warehouse Associate Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading organisation in the fulfilment industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team at their Fulfilment Centre in Coalville.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking, packing, and sorting items to prepare orders.
  • Assisting in the inventory control process to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
  • Using proper safety equipment at all times.
  • Providing support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment centre is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 KG, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Familiarity with using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
