We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide support to a young man with mobility, vision, and learning impairments.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, domestic, and cooking skills, as well as strong social and adaptive abilities.
The role will involve providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic care, and social and leisure activities, as well as transportation and safe administration of medication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to the individual
- Assist with meal preparation and domestic duties
- Engage in social and leisure activities with the individual
- Transport the individual to appointments and activities
- Administer medication safely and in accordance with guidelines
Requirements
- Full UK driving license and own personal car
- Ability to drive a motability equipped car
- Excellent administrative, domestic, and cooking skills
- Strong social and adaptive abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
The role will involve working a combination of daytime and overnight shifts, including some weekends.
Pay and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £16.05 and a range of benefits, including paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
