Essential Experience Required:

  • Extensive background in managing or overseeing construction phases for buildings, recreational facilities, and educational institutions.
  • Demonstrated success in handling UK infrastructure projects.
  • Significant experience in project and/or program management following qualification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies.
  • Expertise in managing construction contracts as a Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent, or Project Manager.
  • Strong grasp of legislation impacting building contracts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Systematic approach to tasks and problem resolution.
  • Capacity to quickly comprehend and evaluate complex information.
  • Strong capabilities in problem-solving, negotiation, financial oversight, and numeracy.
  • Advanced skills in ICT, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage team dynamics.

Desirable Qualifications:

Membership in one of the following professional organizations is preferred:

  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
  • MAPM (Member of the Association of Project Managers)
  • MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders)
