As a key member of our Hospital Management team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective healthcare networks and pathways that drive business growth and improve member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of healthcare networks and pathways, ensuring alignment with business objectives and member needs.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of healthcare providers, ensuring high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve member engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, consultants, and industry influencers to drive supplier performance and mutually beneficial projects.
  • Oversee the development of procurement and contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network/pathway management at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives and projects.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
