Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of healthcare networks and pathways, ensuring alignment with business objectives and member needs.
- Manage and oversee the performance of healthcare providers, ensuring high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve member engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, consultants, and industry influencers to drive supplier performance and mutually beneficial projects.
- Oversee the development of procurement and contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network/pathway management at a senior level.
- Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives and projects.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
