Site Manager Job in Boston, Lincolnshire

Hunter Dunning is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-specification housing developments, ensuring that production work is carried out efficiently, safely, and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  3. Collaborate with the support team at head office to ensure that all necessary resources and information are available to support the construction process.
  4. Liaise with sales staff and customer care teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that sales targets are achieved.
  5. Plan and monitor site progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues that may impact the project.
  6. Comply with and implement the company's policies and procedures, as well as up-to-date regulations and legislation.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
  2. Consistent background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  3. Previous experience working for a housebuilder as a Site Manager, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  4. Lives in Lincolnshire or is commutable to Lincolnshire, with a willingness to travel to sites as required.
  5. SMSTS and CSCS qualifications, with a desire to continue professional development and achieve higher qualifications.
  6. Level 6 or 7 Construction Management qualification, or equivalent, would be preferable.
