Join Hunter Dunning, a quality regional housebuilder, as a Site Manager in Boston, Lincolnshire. This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance £5k + Bonus + 25 days Holiday + Early finish on Fridays.

We deliver high-specification housing and have an A rating from NHBC for consistent quality. Our mixed tenure developments partner with Local Authority and Housing Associations to provide affordable housing solutions, producing housing estates from 50 units to multi-phased development of 500 units across Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage developments of 50 – 500 units
  2. Ensure efficient, safe, and timely production work
  3. Collaborate with the support team at head office
  4. Liaise with sales staff and customer care teams effectively
  5. Plan and monitor site progress
  6. Comply with and implement company policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements
  1. 5+ years' experience as a site manager
  2. Consistent background
  3. Previous experience working for a housebuilder as a site manager
  4. Lives in Lincolnshire or commutable to Lincolnshire
  5. SMSTS and CSCS
  6. Level 6 or 7 Construction Management would be preferable
  7. MCIOB would be preferable but not essential
