Job Title: Engineering Technical Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Trainer to join our team. As an Engineering Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of engineering training courses, identifying and developing training needs, and reviewing technical courses to ensure quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Engineering Training and Development Manager in the development of the team's delivery of the necessary engineering portfolio of courses.
  • Identify, develop, and review Training Needs and Technical Courses.
  • Deliver courses at our dedicated Training Facilities in Bradford and Manchester, Manchester Hangar, and at other locations as required.
  • Ensure quality and consistency across the full scope of learning activities.
  • Experience of training in an Engineering Aviation Environment, or from a similarly regulated environment, is preferable.
  • Proven record of excellent people skills, including good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding and experience in facilitation of training in EASA Part 147/Part 145/Part M/Part CAMO and Part 21 Organisations or similarly regulated.
