Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver technical training courses and materials tailored to the needs of our clients, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive content.
  • Ensure that training programs are up-to-date with the latest technologies, industry standards, and company practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Adjust training approaches based on evaluation results to continuously improve training effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Time served trade (mechanical, electrical or construction related) ideally with a background on low carbon technologies.
  • Relevant qualifications in training or assessing are ideal but not essential.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a technical trainer in Building services or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and high-quality delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of training tools and technologies.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple training projects and priorities efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make decisions to improve training outcomes.
