Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

Kite Packaging is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve sales results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license
