Key Responsibilities:
  • Underwrite new and renewal business for commercial combined, property owners, retail package, primary liability, contract works, and contractors' plant and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and insurers.
  • Process midterm adjustments within 30 days of renewal or inception.
Requirements:
  • Commercial underwriting experience is essential, specifically commercial combined, property, and liability.
  • Experience in dealing with commercial brokers and insurers.
  • Ability to work in a small team in SME organizations.
  • Underwriting experience with delegated authority or underwriting licenses.
