About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join our team at Riverside. As a key member of our Asset Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, motivate, and engage the Technical Coordinators to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service, developing and implementing operational objectives.
  • Provide support in the provision of comprehensive administrative and coordination activities for a range of complex repair projects, ensuring protocols and financial processes are adhered to and recorded.
  • Monitor the Technical Coordinators' performance, develop individual targets, and monitor individual performance to ensure that complaints, enquiries, and Disrepair cases are responded to within agreed timescales.
  • Support and contribute to system development for all service IT solutions.
  • Maintain all appropriate records and reports, including payments, post-inspection of works, collating information for databases with stock records, disrepair logs, stock condition records, asbestos, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience in Line Management
  • Experience of scheduling/diary management ideally within a repair's environment
  • Proven track record of providing administrative services, including accurate record keeping
  • Experience of maintaining databases and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified
  • Ability to handle conflict and deal with difficult situations
  • Methodical approach and results-focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines, and manage conflicting priorities
  • Customer-focused with strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business
